Public transport is at your doorstep, there is a bus at the front of your apartment, plus the tram is only 5 doors down. Armadale train station is just an 8min walk, so take your pick!

There is easy access to Monash University Caulfield campus and Cabrini Hospital, Malvern.

About The Apartment

We are very excited to have this lovely apartment on offer.  This gorgeous apartment has received a mini make-over by us. We are really proud of the result and can't wait for you to see it! The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and a double fold out sofa bed in the living area. Up to three guests can be accommodated or two adults and two children. Children are more than welcome.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, including oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.The kitchen has all the utensils you need to have a comfortable stay. The apartment has a bathroom with shower (no bath).

Crisp, fresh, quality linen and towels are supplied for your use at no extra cost. There is a washing machine in the apartment. A hairdryer is supplied along with a small amount of toiletries. The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board.

A lovely, sheltered and private Courtyard awaits you. The apartment also has an allocated parking space.

Please note: the apartment is located on ground floor but has no wheel chair access or facilities. WiFi is currently unavailable in this apartment.
